To restore long-term federal fiscal sustainability, protect middle-income households from the costs of consolidation, close measurable outcome gaps with peer democracies, modernize the institutional capacity of the United States Government, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
Section 1. Short Title; Table of Titles
(a) Short Title.— This Act may be cited as the “American Stability and Long-Term Prosperity Act”.
